This year, we're raising money to support young people who have had problems with their mental health including drink, drug, gambling and eating disorders at our Centres for Wellbeing.
Mental health problems affect 1 in 4 people and can be triggered by everyday events like relationship breakdown, stress at work, job loss, money worries or bereavement.
Since 1990 Young Jewish Care has raised over £4 million with events and a young patrons programme.
