Pesach Appeal 2013

Let's help those who struggle to remember.

Dorit recalls eating matzah as a child in Berlin years ago, but forgets the toast she ate moments ago. That’s because she has dementia. And that’s why she’s a regular at Jewish Care’s dementia day centre in Hendon, where she and others receive all the care, support and attention they need.

Please don't forget those in our community with dementia.

For people with dementia, who struggle to remember what they did just minutes ago, the traditions of Pesach and Seder night can be a difficult experience.

Our centres for people living with dementia are warm and friendly places with passionate and dedicated staff that provide excellent care and support. And we always remember to treat each and every person as an individual.

Donate now.
