Selig Court is Jewish Care’s Retirement Living service in the heart of Golders Green.

You can choose to live in one of 45 contemporary one and two-bedroom purpose-built apartments for rent, which are also part of Jewish Care’s Maurice and Vivienne Wohl Campus.

We designed and purpose-built each apartment to help you stay as independent as possible. You can also feel peace of mind knowing that bespoke care and support is available on-site should you need it. Holocaust survivors and refugees from Nazi persecution have the priority when applying to Selig Court.

We come together to celebrate Shabbat and the main festivals in the communal areas of Selig Court. In addition, you can use the café and restaurant, both under kosher licence. However, what you eat in your apartment is your choice.

Jewish Care was presented with the Best Supporting Advice Award at the national Retirement Living Awards 2023 ceremony, recognising our award-winning retirement living services. The award is testament to the welcoming, supportive advice we give to our new and prospective tenants, and their close relatives, to ensure they understand and feel supported at each stage of their journey to later life living.

We are delighted that Horace Boston (Registered Manager) and Casey Jolly (now Activities Coordinator at Anita Dorfman House) were the Winners of the Housing with Care Award for the London Regional Great British Care Awards 2021.

They were praised for their enthusiasm and ideas, how the tenants were so well supported and how important they and their wishes are. It is so well deserved by them for all their hard work and by everyone in the Selig Court Retirement Living team.
