The Independent Living teams work across north London including Stamford Hill and Golders Green, and in Redbridge, Essex. They are based in our Jewish Care centres for wellbeing.
We offer a service from Monday to Friday, primarily between the hours of 9am - 5.30pm.
However we do endeavour to meet the needs of our service users and we try to accomomdate requests for support later in the day, particularly for those who are working.
Anyone entitled to local authority funding can apply for help with the costs of culturally sensitive activities offered by Jewish Care.
Referrals can be made by yourself, carers, GP's, psychiatrists, social workers etc. If you or someone you care about needs help, please contact Jewish Care Direct on: 020 8922 2222.
