Jewish Care

Redbridge JCC is at the heart of life in the Jewish community of Redbridge. The services for older people is one of the many features of the centre.

The Redbridge JCC offers a warm, welcoming environment for older members of the community who want to meet old friends and make new ones in a Jewish atmosphere where we celebrate the Jewish way of life.

Activities include:

• live entertainment
• card games, bingo and quizzes 
• Yoga therapy and music therapy
• arts and crafts 
• short mat bowls and keep fit 
• discussion and reminiscence groups
• IT suite with computers adapted for physical disabilities

Facilities include:

• chiropodist and optician
• shop selling kosher food, small gifts and greetings cards 
• hairdressing salon with a manicure service

Opening Times

The day centre is open five days a week, 9am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and 9am - 1pm on Fridays. There are also occasional Sunday events. 

Transport is available in some cases. Please contact the centre for more information.
