Wolfson Assisted Living
Phase 1: Opening in 2019
Residents have the opportunity to live on their own, or with their spouse, in a studio apartment with access to care whilst benefitting from all meals and housekeeping provided for them.
There are 16 studios where residents can take comfort in knowing that they can continue to live life in the way they want, with the support of an on-site team round the clock. These studios cater for residents with low care requirements.
Each studio sits within a small household of 8, allowing residents to get to know their neighbours and the staff. The studio features an open-plan bedroom and living area. There is also a kitchenette with a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave to make snacks, and a bathroom with a wet-room style shower.
Residents are welcome to join in all the activities, clubs, trips and outings that happen in the main care home and across Sandringham (from 2020). There is the option to dine in the rooftop dining room, on the communal terrace, or in the ground floor restaurant of the care home.
One of the benefits of living here is that if residents need more care over time they could choose to move into Anita Dorfman House, the main care home, where higher levels of care are available.
