Take on a challenge
Make 2021 your year! Join #TeamJC and take on new challenge to help us continue to support the 10,000 lives we touch each week
Setting yourself a goal is a great way to get motivated and get fitter, especially after an indulgent holiday season. Training for a challenge to remember a close relative or friend who has been cared for by Jewish Care can be meaningful and may help you to feel more inspired to exercise.
Jewish Care Spin-a-thon
We are asking you to challenge yourself!
As a team or as an individual, take part in the Jewish Care Spin-a-Thon challenge and cycle 62 miles, the distance from our Vi and John Rubens House care home in Essex to our Hyman Fine House care home in Brighton whilst raising money for Jewish Care.
This challenge will be taking place from Friday 20 – Sunday 22 August and anyone can take part by cycling in the gym, at home or outside using a regular bike.
You can decide whether you are brave enough to tackle the 62 miles yourself or if you would like to share the load with a team of friends and family.
What do you need to do to get involved:
- Grab a group of friends or choose to ride solo
- Set up a fundraising page and share with friends and family
- Decide whether to cycle outside, at home or in a gym
- Cycle 62 miles
If you have any questions about the Spin-a-Thon or about setting up your fundraising page, please contact Ellie at firstname.lastname@example.org
