Quality Assurance Support VolunteerCommitment One day per week Location Golders Green
To work with our Quality and Customer Experience Team going to care homes and day centres and support residents/members to complete our annual survey.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Take surveys to homes and day centres and sit with residents/members and patiently talk them through the questions, get answer & feedback, then return the completed surveys into Amelia House. Maybe some data entering too, but will depend on availability.
Some experience with elderly, people living with dementia, mental health, people hard of hearing/understanding. Experience is ideal but not a criteria.
This role would be good for those who are interested in getting some experience in either working with vulnerable people, marketing, benchmarking, analysing data, etc.
Full training will be provided and you will be working with the team so lone working is minimised.
