What we give we don't ask for anything back, but to hear these messages makes me and my team feel valued and important. It's so nice that our hard work is recognised. Everyone is pulling together and doing their best during this difficult time. We are going that extra mile to keep our residents and safe and happy. I am so grateful to our managers here at Lady Sarah, they are the best and give us so much support, so thank you.”
